My DIY empire
All that I have decided to take on for this wedding is finally weighing on me. Actually, I'm just starting to doubt my ability. When I think about it, my head starts to spin. These are the moments when my OCD really shines.
• invitations: designing, printing, calligraphy (not yet self taught)
• flowers: ordering everything wholesale, decorations & table settings (I'm also building the containers from raw wood), corsages, boutonniere, my bouquet
• my hair
• my makeup
• my nails
• my accessories: hair pin, shoe adornment
• cake topper
It wasn't really by choice but default because of the remote location. I would gladly have paid to have the flowers, hair and makeup done but the interviews/trials I had were less than encouraging.
