silk flower hairpin update

I totally underestimated the difficulty and TIME this task takes. They are totally worthy of $150+ price tags. I feel slightly defeated by my first attempt but I have not given up yet.

oung, You might have some luck searching for a hairpin on Etsy.com
I did! I got a big beautiful silk fower for $7.50. Just go there and put in various search terms - you may find something. The most expenisve one I would consider for myself was 30 bucks. A huge savings from 150 and it would save you loads of time and may be cheaper than the supplies and time you are spending trying to make it yourself.
